I had my taxes done in Florida and they too screwd them up. I was told if I didn't like it, too bad. I threaten the manager to call the main office in Va and he said that they wont do anything. Well he was right Liberty Tax Services in Va Beach, Va does not care about their customers. Liberty Tax in Florida messed my taxes up so bad I had to pay a fine to the IRS (US Government mafia). Is that justice or what. I would advise anyone wanting you taxes done right, don't use any Liberty Txes Services at all, or any where. Just look their profile up with all of the customer and employee complaints. read full review »
