I was looking for gov. grants for disabled veterans. I found Millionairace.com a 5 star rated sight for helping you find gov. grants. I was lead to believe for a charge of $1.95 for postage I would receive a kit to apply for grants. But as I soon found out it isn't that at all! After not being able to access the sight, I called and was given another sight Grants360.com . I was unable to access this sight and tried again in less than 24hrs. and was still unsuccessful.
