This was supposed to be a free trial and if you called and cancelled within 10 days you would get your product for free. However, the number they have on their website is for another acai berry company. I thought I was calling and canceling but I actually wasn't. When I received another bottle in the mail, I researched other complaints and found the real phone # which is 1-866-951-1393.
