EFavorMart has absolutely no concern for their customers and has a complete disregard to customer service. I admit to making a mistake and not ordering enough tulle circles for our wedding so when the week before we were putting together favors and realized we were short, I tried going on to their live chat and they pretty much told me that oh well, that was my problem I made the mistake.
