I was checking the balance on my seldom used checking account to make sure I had enough in it to pay for an Ebay purchase, and for the 3rd time within a year, these people have charged me for renewal of magazine subscriptions that I did not renew. After having to call and go through the 15 minutes of recorded prompting, I finally pressed the "O" twice on my phoone number pad and got a person to talk to.
