Bloomex business model is built on the oldest scam in the book. "Bait and Switch" the consumer. Consumer pays by credit card when they place the order, Bloomex will send something - and your credit card company will not get involved because they did deliver some goods. The consumer is left to take it up with the company, who generally does not respond to complaints unless threatened.
