My husband is in process of obtaining a gov't job. Requires a hefty amount of paperwork to complete the process. He was scheduled to be in Denver for a few days at the time the paperwork came, so I shipped the docs to him via 2-day delivery using UPS. Pkg didn't arrive Friday 5/22 as contracted, husband leaves Denver Tues 5/26 am, so now need pkg to be shipped back to home! UPS will "try" to re-route the pkg on Tues, but will not upgrade the return service to overnight air, nor will they guarantee it will actually arrive back... read full review »
