To: Supervisor With all due respect in this time of economic troubles and consumers trying to pay their bills there is no compassion from Target National Bank. There are times when my payment may not be paid until 1-3 days past the due date and it does not make a difference to Target National Bank. If it is 1 minute past midnight on the day due and boom there is the late fee, also the percentage rate is way out of line. Instead of trying to work with the consumer you bleed us dry.
