My name is Diana L. Jones. I purchased a car from Selbyville Holly Kia on April 18, 2009. The salesperson was very pleasant, and professional. I purchased a 2005 chevy colbalt. I had a trade in (2000 Alero) and I put a downpayment with it. 8 days later, I went Maryland and the car wouldn't start. I had to wait 30 minutes before it started. I called the dealership, took it back and I was told it was in the security system and then was I given instructions on how to use the keyless rem0te, and that may be the problem.
