I recently signed a lease with Longhorn Landing and then found out that there were two murders in the Longhorn Landing parking lot in one year. So, naturally i learned that it wasn't safe and tried to get out. They told me that the only way out is by paying $1000 and my first two months rent, or getting someone to replace me on my lease. I havent found anyone and I was wondering if anyone knew another way to get out of my lease?? School is about to start and I am now in a bind with finding a new place and safety issues.
