My husband ordered WMR100N - advanced weather station with wireless sensor. One day after installing the system, the temperature/humidity sensor failed. He contacted technical support through their web site and was promised a replacement unit. Two weeks later, with no replacement in hand, he called customer service and all they could tell him was that the request had been submitted. In the meantime, the rain gauge failed to work. They have no physical address for writing to management and they certainly do not appear to care about the end user. Avoid this company and it's products. read full review »
