If this guy, his name is John French, aka J and E Remodeling bids on any work for you... run..run..run...This guy scammed me out of $11, 000.00. He took my money and didn't even get the permits to start the job. I contracted him on my 4-plex in cincinnati, oh. and he had nothing but excuses why he couldn't start. He will change his phone# after getting your money and do everything possible to hide from you. Carma will eventually get him back..don't let him get you.
