If this lady did not return the goods and let them get their goods back as a result of being dissatisfied then why shouldnt she be charged. A company would not be obliged to give it to you free just because you don't or cant pay your bill. If you bought a car and wanted to return it but never did should that be free? It is common sense that you have to return something if you don't like it and want your money back...this is ridiculous, read full review »
