FIRE HAZZARD...BEWARE! We have a newer home and have had the Maytag QuietSeries 300 dishwasher for 3 years. The builder installed it so we had no choice but to take it. It is very loud - nothing quiet about it. The grinder sometimes works and sometimes does not - it is always a surprise when I open the door. Just a few days ago it began to stay in the heat cyle. We were not home and it was on heat ALL day. I am shocked that the dishes did not crack due to the high heat.
