My husband was recently in a car accident and ended up with a back injury that required him to be on short term disability. Up until this point all payments have been made on time, but since the accident the payments have been made shortly after their due date. UACC employees have continued to call and harass even though the situation has been explained to them. The know that they receive their payments along with any late fees, but continue to threaten repossessing the vehicle because the payments are a couple of days late. This is very stressful on top of a injury. I wish I had never dealt with these people. read full review »
