My name is Marilyn Jackson. I have been calling the customer support center of Grant Help Center since March 26th. I have been charged 3 times, for a total amount of $225.45 for services I haven't used. I ordered the free cd for grants from the IRS web site, while doing my taxes. I paid the $3.95 for the cd. Since then, I have had $225.45 taken from my account. I have filed a complaint against this company with the Better Business Bureau of Wyoming, and with the Federal Trade Commission.
