I ordered the trial sample with the understanding that I had 12 days to cancel any future order. Also was promised that I would receive them in 2-3 days. I did not receive them for about 10 days later. I had called the phone number provided with my order number on the 4th day and said I wanted to cancel. They said that I never created an account and I gave them the order or reference #. They said that I would not have to worry that I would not receive any future shipments.
