ordered Aetrex orthopedic shoes in a hard to find size on 4-17-09. Charged to my credit card on 4-18. Sent e-mail confirmation but no tracking info was included. Web site said to allow 7-10 business days for product to arrive. E-mailed them on 4-27 to inquire as to shipping info. On 4-28 called phone number listed on web site.Had to leave a message asking someone to return my call. Nothing.
