This woman is completely rude and obnoxious. I place an order for Hair Pins for a Wedding Hair Trial on 2-21-08 On her website she claims that if you need in less than a week to e-mail her, which I did. I also indicated on my order that I needed it in less than a week. I called today 2-27-08 to see if the order had been shipped. I spoke to Beverly Ann Collins (owner).
