I have eaten at Togo's on Hawthorne selected times in the past couple of months and am very disappointed in this location. First, the employees meticulously weigh every single item that goes on your sandwich. They are so concerned with cutting costs, that the customer feels like they are on an imposed diet by the Togo's staff. This not only makes the customer mad but takes a long time for each customer to be helped. In addition, they do not have the assembly line down, which works very well at the other locations.
