I received one unit of Acai Pure approximately 10 days ago which was charged to my credit card. Immediately upon receipt, I sent an email requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization number from your Customer Care. Your instructions indicated that I would receive the RMA or at least a response within 24 to 48 hours. As of this date, I have not received an RMA or even a response.
