TripRes has bad customer service---DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM--They have False Advertisment on their website for their hotels. We booked at St. Topez in Vegas and the rooms were not as shown or stated on their website. When we first checked into St. topez they did not have our reservation---2nd we get to the room and the beds are broken, sheets were dirty, light bulbs burnt out, air conditioner was not working, torn curtains, not patio like it stated on TripRes, Dirty Dirty mess.
