My HP Pavilion notebook was returned to HP Service/Repairs under their extended guarantee scheme because of a manufacturer's motherboard fault in December 2008. I was told that the unit would be returned to me within 9 to 15 DAYS. It is now May 2009, some 5 months later and I am still waiting for its return. I have been in touch with the service/repairs section of HP several times by email and by chat. Each time they tell me the unit is soon to be returned. I am still waiting. Never agai will I buy a HP notebook. read full review »
