I agreed upon a price, yet when the paperwork was completed, I had miraculously paid about $2000 over. They somehow failed to mention the almost $400 "document prep fee", and suckered me into a $700 GAP insurance policy by saying it was necessary because my credit score did not meet their requirement. They charged the max allowed by law. If you're really interested in GAP insurance, see your local agent to get it for less than half price. Their lame "internet price" disclaimer is poorly worded and wouldn't hold up in court. read full review »
