I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Schaumburg, IL for 3 nights over Memorial weekend. I call it a staycation because I live 5 miles from the location. On the 2nd night when I returned frome my day I was locked out of my room. The key wouldn't work. The front desk made me 4 sets of keys, taking 4 trips to the front desk and back to the 6th floor. Then on the 3rd afternoon when I returned I once again couldn't get into the room. I waited in the hallway for 45 mintues while the maintenance man replaced the door lock. Later... read full review »
