These companies took 79.95 and 69.95 plus five 1.01 charges from my account. I called them to say that I couldn't afford the charges because I lost my job on Christmas Eve. I called the number on their website and they were supposed to be there and all I got was an answering machine that was full and a corporate office line after that which I left a message on.
