I bought the 'Revlon Expert Effect Nail Clip' at Target. They're touted as having an easy grip that won't slip. That part is fine - but unfortunately, they won't cut either! They just tear at the nail. My husband honed them with some specialized honing tools he has and they performed somewhat better - but still not as good as the cheapest available. It's only a matter of $2.99 - but such a dismal product shouldn't be sold. read full review »
