Same situation as others. I actually did speak with someone over the telephone and via live chat. What's even funnier is they actually gave me a return authorization number! It's worth the same as the TP I use in the bathroom. These people have caused me a lot of time and effort to get my money back. I'm in the process of filing complaints/charges with the BBB, FL Chamber of Commerce and any other organization that will take my complaint. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
