These were personal items purchased in Italy and brought to Mailboxes in Soverato for mailing to my home in the States. I paid almost $400.00 US and when them items were received 90% of the contents were damaged or destroyed. The packing of the the boxes were absolutely terrible. No paper or"popcorn" to absorb the items during shipping. This was in June-2008 and I still have no satisfaction or response from soverato other than "they will be in touch." read full review »
