This place was such a nightmare! During my daughters 8 month stay there I've witnessed teachers handling children roughly, pulling them by their arms and yelling at them. I've witnessed a teacher playing gameboy instead of watching children. I witnessed one of the teachers threatening a child. I should have taken my child out sooner. We had difficulty placing our order because the girl operating the cash register was either poorly trained or could not hear us. My husband actually made the comment that this was the longest it had ever taken him to place an order at a drive through. So, we paid for our order (2 large fries, 1 med tea, 1 large coke, 1 chicken nugget happy meal) and pulled up to the window to pick it up. We went here for lunch yesterday. The food was bland and disappointing. The service sucked; the entire restaurant was seemingly manned by teenagers. This is bar - We made the mistake of thinking it was a restaurant. My primary complaint is most serious; both my husband an I ended up with severe food poisoning just hours after eating at the Twisted Taco. This is alarming to me since I am 8 months pregnant.
