We purchased a GE microwave from Jessup's in January. We paid their installers $85 to install it in the space above the stove where the previous microwave had been. Approximately 3 weeks later, while we were away, the microwave fell from its mounting, landing face down on the stove top. When we telephoned the store to see about a replacement, we were told that neither they nor their authorized installers were responsible for replacing the microwave.
