We purchased an approx. $985 Whirlpool washer at Karl's in MAdison NJ on 3-3-07. Today on 3-10-07 the installers came to put it in but left telling us they couldn't find the drainage hose long enoughtto hook it into our pipe. I feel the installers SHOULD have had hoses with them to account for the different homes and sizes needed to hook machines up. read full review »
