With all the negative publicity Easy Saver ahs been receiving, I wanted to let everyone know that we had a positive experience in resolving the monthly Easy Saver charges my son incurred for inadvertently signing up when he was ordering flowers on ProFlowers. I called 800-444-9491 as suggested by others on this web site and spoke with Christina. She couldn't have been nicer and agreed immediately to not only cancel the membership, but also to return all the charges incurred thus far (3 payments).
