I ordered my free product in Nov 2008. I Canceled Dec 2008 when I was billed on my credit card. I canceled thru the live chat on the web site. Afterwards I received two more bottels and was billed for them I called and was told to return the item refused and they would refund me. 6 months later I am still trying to get my refunds they said I would receive and now they are saying they have no record of me canceling until Feb 2009 when I received the third bottle and called about that refund.
