I purchased a Stearns & Foster mattress/boxspring several months ago. Soon after receipt, I contacted Macy's due to the mattress sagging & was told "it wan't sagging enough". Some time has gone by and the more I think about it, the angrier I get. I spent a lot of money and I am very unhappy. The mattress is still sagging & I am very uncomfortable.
