I ordered a product on December 15th online for my 5 year old great niece. The product was $43.99, with 1-3 day shipping for $32.85. The money ($76.84) was immediately taken from my account, however, to date (12/29) I have not received the product. I have made several attempts to email the company immediately over a mistake on the shipping address to no avail.
