I had a call from debit card provider that they had noticed some unusual charges to two of these type companies. One of which they stopped automatically and the other was too late. When consulting with my bank about the charges, they spoke to the company which said I would have to cancel through them in order to get a refund. Three weeks later I received the product in the mail with the instructions on how to cancel and be refunded. I called the 866 number only to be told I had to send an email to them.
