I received trial offer and my Dr. told me to get off of this diet, so I mailed the product back, received confirmation it was received, and the co is still charging my bank card. They are denying that they received the product back, but I have confirmation that it was delivered back on May 4, 2009. Instead of cancelling the money from my account, they keep billing for other products that I cancelled and never received!!!
