Buying a home from Richards Disadvantage Housing is the worst mistake I've ever made. No customer service skills, no honesty, failure to pay contractors with the money that I borrowed on my mortgage, constant lies. these are only a few things that come to mind. I had to do much of the work that thier guys were supposed to do just so we could move in two months after the house was delivered.
