I purchased a refurbished laptop computer from Baylita on July 13, 2006, with the promise of "satisfaction guaranteed". The laptop I received would not charge the unit battery. I returned the first laptop, and, upon mutual agreement, paid an extra $75 to upgrade to a model that includes a CD-ROM-DVD drive. The replacement laptop I received was completely non-functioning, and I had to return it for replacement by a THIRD laptop. I paid much of the shipping for these returns.
