Virgin media are one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. some friends and i recently rented a property together for university accommodation and signed up for their largest internet service - 20mb and have for the past year only received a 3mb average. when split between 5 people in the house this connection is clearly not sufficient. we have spoken to them nearly every week and told them everything that is happening, but they just dont care. their answer is always 'oh weve just reset your connection you will have to wait 24... read full review »
