I misplaced the pin that inserts into the Zen which you can then plug a mini usb cable into for charging. I tried to order one through the company but they have discontinued it. I tried to order 3rd party but everyone was out of it. I called Creative to ask how i was suppose to charge my $400 investment in their product? They hung up on me eventually. Luckily, I kept trying 3rd party businesses and found one finally but I wish i didn't own this thing now. read full review »
