This is the second time I buy a camera from them and the customer service is very bad. The cameras broke about a year since I bought them. I have been trying to reach them and I had to wait close to 30 mins. I spoke with four different people Itai, Gabrielle, Koshkova and Kathy. They all put me on hold for over 15 mins.
