I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot in September '08 and it broke February '09. It was still under the 1 year warranty, so Maytag sent A&E to repair it. It took over 1 1/2 months, 5 different visits and they ordered parts twice before it was fixed. The washer was not draining the water, so they finally figured out it needed a new drain pump. A&E service techs are idiots. Maytag would not refund the money or send a replacement when we called to complain after the 4th visit from A&E.
