I purchased the product ispynow to monitor computer usage, it was even supposed to have a remote installing program, after that failed to install several times, I tried the direct approach with physical access, I couldn't get the program to work monitoring my own laptop or home pc. Although the company listed a refund policy, they did not adhere to it. Online support only generated autoresponses. Do not deal with this company. read full review »
