on 3/24/09 I purchased from Best Buy a computer, I was advised that I also needed to purchase a Norton Av 2009 1u with the computer. So I paid for that also. I hired a professional computer expert to come to my home to install the computer, when he did the installation he advised me that I did not need the Norton Av, and that I should return it.
