My complaint is about menu changes at Chilli's restaurants. The first major change was their chilli recipe. For years, Chilli's claimed that real chilli was made without beans. Now they have changed the recipe to where the chilli is mostly beans. The new recipe is terrible in taste and very pasty in texture. The sandwich menu has also changed. The cajun chicken sandwich, one of their best non-burger choices is no longer offered. I am reluctant to return to Chilli's because the quality and consistency are no longer there.
