My situation with Jim Rosens’ Fitness Warehouse group was a nightmare. I purchased a BF630 treadmill from them on October the 6th of last year. About three weeks went by and I had not received my treadmill I called and then emailed them. After three days of emailing and calling I finally got a hold of my salesman and was told that they did not have the treadmill and that some company who contracts with Beacon had it.
