I’m having a huge problem with a person in your support group, (Linkin Micah). Approximately 48 hrs. after making my purchase I was having problems with the output I was getting from your software. I worked with your tech support group for an additional 2 days trying to get some resolution. In the meantime I got some other software that was working correctly for me.
