Wachovia has been charging me for insurance for a year and a half already. I just found out last month when i asked one of the customer service representative to explain to me how they bill my payment. The representative said that they are adding 300 dollars because they are charging me for insurance that i didnt applied for. When i told them that I got my car insured already since i bought the car, they said they will deduct everything that i paid for. They deducted a total of 800 dollars from my principal.
